On the occasion of International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, the Human Call Association launched, for the second year, a campaign for early detection of breast cancer under the title “Your health is fine.. We are fine.”

The campaign included health seminars on the importance of early detection of breast cancer, teaching self-examination and the aspects of positive and negative nutrition that affect the disease for about 2500 girls and women. It also included a free mammogram for about 200 women over the age of forty at Al Nidaa Hospital – Ain El-Helweh.

The campaign lasted for 3 months and targeted women of childbearing age in schools, institutes, NGOs and home women in Ein El-Hilweh camp and the adjacent areas.
